For the purpose of this notification, the website is a term which refers to all websites on the www.jub.eu web address.

2. Content of the Website

All content which can be found on this website is of informative nature and is intended mainly to inform. The company JUB commits to do everything in its power to keep the data on the website accurate, reliable and of high quality. However, the company is not liable for any typos and for delays and insufficiencies in entering up-to-date data.

3. Copyright Protection

This website is owned solely by the company JUB, therefore any misuse of data, images,
texts or other data which are a part of this website is prohibited. It is also forbidden to copy,
distribute or in any other way use the above-mentioned data without prior knowledge and
consent of the company JUB.

Upon first visit of the website, a »cookie« is saved to your computer. You can remove it yourself or you can prevent it from being saved by using appropriate settings. 7. The competent court

The Slovenian legislation is exclusively used for the interpretation and all legal questions referring to the use of materials published on this website. The court in Ljubljana is competent for requests and disputes referring to the use of the mentioned materials.

8. Rules of Personal Data Processing of the Company JUB d.o.o.

a) Purpose and Controller
The purpose of the rules on personal data processing is to provide you with control and
for you to be informed and notified on which personal data we collect and how do we use
them. The personal data controller is the company JUB d.o.o., Dol pri Ljubljani 28, 1262 Dol

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the personal data controller can process the personal data:

(1) if processing isrequired for the execution of the contract,

(2) if processing is required for the fulfilment of statutory obligations of the company,

(3) in case of processing within our cooperation with your informed consent.

b) Purpose and Types of Personal Data Collection
Through its website JUB collects personal data in the following cases:
I) E-newsletter
If you had subscribed to our e-newsletter on our website, we require your e-mail address to
be able to send you e-newsletter.
II) An Enquiry or a Question
If you posted a question on our website or if you have an enquiry, your personal data are
processed for the purpose of providing an answer or sending an offer. To enable an easier communication we will require your name and last name, e-mail address and/or phone
number, where we can inform you about all important facts regarding your questions.
III) A Colour Study Order
If you ordered a colour study on our website, your personal data will be processed with
the purpose of creating a colour study. Beside your name, last name and address, which
we need for the execution of the order, we will require also your e-mail address and phone
number in order to enable an easier communication.
IV) Web-shop
If you purchased goods in our web-shop, your personal data will be processed with the purpose of supplying the ordered product. Beside your name, last name and address, which
we need for the execution of the order, we will require also your e-mail address and phone
number in order to enable an easier communication, for example if there is any confusion in
purchasing of products.
V) Prize Competitions
If you are participating in any of our prize competitions, we will use the personal data you
provided on the prize coupon for the purpose of the prize competition. JUB processes the
personal data of individuals for the purpose of handing out the prize as well as for potential
tax purposes if this is required due to the value of the prize.
Your personal data can also be processed for other purposes if you consented to such processing. Giving consent means every declaration of your will given freely, exclusively, informingly and unambiguously to declare your consent to processing of personal data for
a certain purpose. You can give your personal consent with a (written or oral) statement or
with any other clear affirmative action. In case of using the JUB website, it is for example
regarded as giving consent when you click on the empty window on the website to confirm
you allow the processing of personal data for a certain purpose (i.e. subscription to the enewsletter).
If you are younger than 16 years, you cannot provide a valid consent for the processing of
your personal data. In this case one of your parents or a caretaker has to consent to the processing of your personal data.

c) Personal Data Processing
If you had given your consent, your personal data can also be used for direct marketing in compliance with the respective valid legislation from the field of personal data protection (Personal Data Protection Act Zvop-1) and other binding legal acts on country and EU level (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). JUB carries out direct marketing mainly for:
the purpose of regularly informing on novelties, sending offers, promotional material,
magazines and invitations to events;
• notifications on prize competitions organised by JUB or other legal entity which organises the prize competition in cooperation with JUB,
• forming the offers tailored to you based on your preferences and interests,
• Direct marketing can be carried out through all communication channels: through regular mail and e-mail, SMS and MMS messages, telephone (landline and mobile), Facebook and other social networks. We will notify you only through channels for which you have given us your consent.
We process personal data also for the purposes of various internal studies or analyses connected to the determination of successfulness of a marketing action. We use these results to improve our processes and to steer the offer of goods and services towards more success.

d) Data Retention Period
The data retention period is defined based on the category of individual data. According to the law which governs the value added tax we as a taxable person are required to retain the personal data acquired for the purposes of concluding and executing the contractual relationships for ten years. We retain other personal data until fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected or for a maximum of 5 years after the termination of the business relationship with an individual respectively. Personal data which are processed based on your consent are retained for a maximum of 1 year or until the revocation of the consent.

After the expiration of the data retention period the data are deleted, blocked or anonymised if the law for an individual type of data does not require otherwise.

e) Request for the Revocation of Personal Data Use
If we are processing your data based on your consent (i.e. processing for direct marketing), you can revoke your consent anytime in written form via mail to our address JUB d.o.o., Dol pri Ljubljani 28, 1262 Dol pri Ljubljani or by sending a notification to enovice@jub.si, the possibility of unsubscribing is also in every e-mail we send.
Your revocation does not affect the legality of processing which was being carried out based on your consent up until revocation.

f) The Rights of the IndividualIf JUB is processing your personal data, you have the following rights:
I) The right of rectification: You can request completions or corrections of your personal data, if they are incomplete or inaccurate.
II) The right of erasure: You have a right to achieve the erasure of your personal data when one of the following reasons applies: (a) personal data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or in any other way processed; (b) when you revoke your consent based on which the processing is taking place and when there are no other legal grounds for processing; (c) when you object to processing and there are no other overriding legislative reasons for processing; (d) personal data were processed in an illegal way.
III) The right of access: You always have the right to be notified whether the personal data related to you are being processed and when they are, you have the right to access personal data and the following information: (a) the purposes of processing; (b) types of relevant personal data; (c) users or categories of the user whom the personal data were or will be exposed; (d) intended personal data retention period or if this is not possible the criteria used for the determination of this period; (e) when personal data are not collected from you, then all available information regarding their source.IV) The right of processing restriction: You can require restrictions to processing of your personal data, especially if you object to their accuracy – namely, for the period that enables us
to check the accuracy of your personal data; if the processing is illegal and you object to erasure of personal data; if the data retention period has expired and you need them for enforcing legal requests; if you submitted an objection regarding the processing which is based on the legal interest of JUB, until it is checked if our legal reasons override your reasons.
V) The right of transferability of data: You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided us with in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and the right to forward these data to other controller when the processing is based on your consent or the processing is made with automated means. Upon your request and when technically feasible the personal data can be directly transferred to other controller.
VI) The right to object: When your data are being processed based on legal interest for the purpose of marketing including the formation of profiles you can object to such processing at any given time. You have the right to request the processing of only such personal data that are vital for the execution of the means of personal data processing for which the individual gave his/her consent or are processed in compliance with the respective valid legislation.
VII) The right to submit a complaint with the Information Commissioner: If we do not rule on your matter in statutory term or if we deny your request, you have the possibility of submitting a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Zaloška cesta 59, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

g) Final Provisions
By entering the website, you give informed consent and you agree with all the above mentioned terms and conditions.

For everything not governed by these rules the valid legislation is used. These rules enter into force on 8 May 2018.
