Technique instructions
1. The surface should be solid, dry and clean, without any badly-adhered particles, dust, oil stains and other filth.
2. Smooth the surfaces with a levelling compound from the JUBOLIN family. Let it dry for 12 hours. Sand the dried application and dust it.
3. For all light silver shades, apply DECOR Primer fine quartz in the basic white shade on the surface. For all the dark gold shades, apply DECOR Primer fine quartz in the grey shade (Delight 500Z) on the surface. Apply DECOR Primer fine quartz with a roller or a brush and let it dry for 4 to 5 hours.
4. Apply the hand-mixed DECOR Delight *in the desired shade* with a brush in all directions. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes or until the material is partially dry.
5. Smooth the surface with a plastic trowel, thus causing the pearls to crack, which provides the final appearance of the decorative technique.
*Due to the cracking of the pearls, mixing in a mixing machine is not permitted under any circumstances.
**DECOR Delight and DECOR Primer fine quartz) are tinted on JUMIX paint mixing machines according to the DECOR Delight (JUI) colour chart.
