Technique instructions

Surface Preparation:

  1. The surface must be solid, dry, and clean, free from loosely bonded particles, dust, oil stains, and other impurities.
  2. Smooth the surface with a leveling compound from the JUBOLIN family. Allow it to dry for 12 hours. Once dried, sand and remove the dust.

Application Technique: Light Silver and Dark Gold Shades

  1. For all light silver shades, apply DECOR Primer (fine quartz) in the basic white shade to the surface. For all dark gold shades, apply DECOR Primer (fine quartz) in the grey shade (Delight 500Z) to the surface. Apply DECOR Primer with a roller or brush, and let it dry for 4-5 hours.
  2. In the desired shade, mix DECOR Delight (mixing in a machine is not allowed to prevent the pearls from cracking) and apply with a brush in all directions. Tint DECOR Delight and DECOR Primer (fine quartz) using JUMIX mixers according to the DECOR Delight colour chart (JUI). Wait for 15 to 20 minutes or until the material starts to dry slightly.
  3. Then, smooth with a plastic spatula, which will cause the pearls to crack, giving the final decorative effect.
