Technique instructions

Surface Preparation:

  1. The surface must be solid, dry, and clean, free from loosely bonded particles, dust, oil stains, and other impurities.

Application Technique:

  1. Using a trowel, apply a 3-5 mm thick layer of JUBOGLET Nivelin D and level it with a double-layered wide trowel to an even thickness. Smooth the applied material to a consistent fine texture.
  2. After 15 to 25 minutes, begin creating the texture. Using the edge of a decorative brush, create an uneven dotted wavy texture, 3 to 5 cm wide. The waves should be approximately 50 cm apart, depending on the surface size. Each wave may have side blind sleeves. On one or both sides of the dotted texture, make brush strokes, either larger or smaller in width. You can twist the brush 360 degrees to create a sun shape. After 10 to 15 minutes, smooth the surface with a plastering trowel, paying special attention to the smooth, untreated areas. Clean the trowel with a sponge throughout the process. Dry the surface for 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Apply DECOR Acrylcolor to the smooth, untreated areas with a brush and immediately wipe with a sponge. After 2-4 hours, apply DECOR Glamur to the textured, profiled areas, also wiping with a sponge to avoid pooling, while creating misty transitions between the different colours. For additional effects, you can apply DIPI Super Color to the DECOR Glamur areas using a brush.
