System description
A specially designed system ensures 10 times greater resistance of facade surfaces to impacts and perforation. This is achieved with a thicker, double-reinforced base coat that has been specially developed for this purpose and that has been processed with special micro-reinforced additives. The render finish is made on the basis of hybrid technology, which combines the advantages of carbon and basalt fibres, which affect increased flexural and tensile strength. We thus ensure high safety of the system mainly with regard to damages caused by weather phenomena (hail, extreme rainfall with strong wind) and vandalism, against damage that can be caused on the facade by various animals and also against damage caused by large thermal elongations and shrinkages. The JUBIZOL Strong system is ranked in class four - the best class - according to the requirements of ASTM Approvals class 4473 for hail impact testing. The mentioned classification means that there is no visible damage to the system when an ice ball with a diameter of 5 cm, with a speed of 140 km/h and a kinetic energy of 40 J hits a facade surface perpendicularly.
